Returns & Exchanges
All sales are non-refundable. Exchanges are available for apparel items within 7 days of receipt for both international and domestic orders. Items must be postmarked by the 7th day and be unworn and in resellable condition with all original tags intact. Accessories including hats, socks, jewelry, pins and other similar products are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
Shipping, handling and customs charges cannot be repaid once an item is dispatched. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to exchanges. For insurance on lost or stolen packages customers have the option of adding Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. Customers that have lost or stolen packages without Route coverage will be responsible for filing claims themselves with local couriers.
